Dear Mark
I want to write this letter to say thank you for the supply and installation of our Telecommunications infrastructure.
As you know we recently moved premises and we implemented the services of Pro-Active Telecommunications to:
- Supply and install a cabling infrastructure for our phones and computers.
- Organise the Telecom lines for us.
- Supply the Install a new phone system.
The end result is great!!
Even though we added to our original requirements as we progressed closer to the move, the cabling infrastructure was completed within time.
The phone system is easy to use and it does what we want it to do. It is a vast improvement on our PABX.
Thank you for dealing with Telecom on behalf to make things work how we envisaged them to work.
And finally, it is a pleasure to deal with the entire Pro-Active team!! Everyone is so helpful. It gives us piece of mind knowing that we can rely on your competent service.

Installation of new phone system
I’m writing to say how impressed we were at the performance of yourself & your team during the recent installation of a complete new phone system for our clinic.
The clinic had a long standing relation ship with a previous phone supplier & it’s fair to say that there was some hesitation in switching to a new phone provider.
Your team, & in particular Fritz, realized this & went more than the second mile in the way they warmly related to our key clinic staff. Fritz answered all their questions, worked long hours to ensure minimum disruption during the phone changeover & patiently trained us in the powerful features of the aria system.
Our clinic is a level 2 facility, (one down from a public hospital’s A & E department) & sees 70,000 patients per annum. We therefore needed a robust phone system & especially, highly trained technical staff who could install & maintain the phone network. I want to thank you for the highly effective project ProActive undertook in providing all electrical services during the fitout of our new premises.
You provided a thorough plan for our needs. Your installers, particularly Mark Sinclair, were effective in implementing the plan. I was particularly impressed with the thought given to ensuring our needs were met. As you are aware, there were changes to the layout and anticipated usage of the office spaces after the initial plan was agreed. Mark was particularly effective at recognising where the cabling work ought to be amended and in consulting on the changes he proposed.
ProActive faced a series of challenges in completing the work on time. You were highly flexible in your work hours in order to ensure that the work was substantially complete at the time we moved in.

Pro Active Telecommunications was recommended to me in 2000, as a reputable and reliable company to provide a timely and efficient data cabling and telephone cabling system to cope with my companies expanding IT needs, within a tight installation timeframe.
Just recently my company moved to much, larger premises within Auckland City. All pre-planning, quotes and onsite meetings were discussed & handled with professionalism, a friendly manner and constant support until we were satisfied with the set-up and installation of a brand new PABX phone system and data IT cabling system.
This was achieved and ready for use well ahead of schedule and we didn't experience any work downtime or interruptions which could occur if planning / contingency isn't put in place.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is to confirm that ProActive Telecommunications undertook a significant re-cabling project for UDC Finance Ltd during September and October 2000. The work required the complete re-cabling of the patch panels supporting voice and data outlets for 120 users in the UDC Customer Service Centre in Auckland.
ProActive were chosen on the basis of their clearly explained plans, and a well designed solution to the cabling problems we faced. The work required the relocation of over 1000 data ports. It was undertaken in a very professional manner with no disruption to the users of the network. Mark kept me informed of progress and issues at all times, and we now have an easily managed patch panel to be proud-of. Mark also actively suggested other ways we could managed our LAN cabling.
I would personally recommend ProActive as being more than capable of undertaking similar challenging projects in the future.

Data & Electrical Cabling Project - ANZ Operations, 277 Broadway, Newmarket
Just over four months ago ANZ undertook a major initiative to migrate all Operations staff at 277 Broadway to an NT Platform. With the discovery of substandard cabling in the building, what first appeared to be an easy PC upgrade suddenly turned into a logistical nightmare.
Thanks to your early efforts you advised the best way to phase the work to enable us to move staff efficiently and with minimal impact on our working operations while the cabling proceeded. As this is not the first project you have completed for me I was confident of you and your teams abilities.
